Welcome to the Web site of the Coordinating Committee for Christian-Jewish Cooperation of Austria.

These pages provide an overview of the various areas of activity of our organisation. Scholarly contributions by members and friends of the Committee provide the opportunity for further exploration of the subject. Current reports, statements, and a calendar of events offer information about activities within the Christian-Jewish dialogue in our country. You are also invited to use the site to order our publications.  

Christians and Jews are welcomed as equal partners in all of our programs. We explicitly reject any kind of missionary activity. We seek a solid foundation on which people of both faiths can support one another in confessing their common faith in one God in terms of their respective traditions.  

We have friendly relations to the International Council of Christians and Jews, of which the Coordinating Committee for Christian-Jewish Cooperation is a member. The ICCJ web site includes links to our partner organisations around the world that are engaged in Christian- Jewish dialogue. Cooperation with related entities both in our own and in other countries is fundamental to our work.
